Both Pro Monthly and Pro Annual plans include all 4 download formats (PNG, XLS, PPT, PDF) for every chart you unlock. All downloaded files remain yours even after your subscription ends.
One premium chart credit allows you to unlock one eligible premium chart. Pro subscribers receive four credits every month.
A chart unlock means gaining access to a premium chart, while a chart credit is one of the ways to unlock it. Pro members can use 1 chart credit to unlock 1 premium chart, while Free users can unlock charts using money, points, or a combination of both.
Yes. You can continue purchasing individual charts or use eligible Reward Points after your included credits have been used.
Chart credits you do not use in a month are not lost. They carry over and add to next month’s chart credits. For example, if you use 2 of your 4 chart credits in March, you start April with 6 chart credits.
You can save up to 12 chart credits. At that limit, new chart credits are not added until you use some. Saved chart credits expire if you cancel your subscription.
Your first 4 credits arrive as soon as you subscribe. After that, 4 new credits arrive on the same day each month as the day you subscribed. Pro Annual works the same way: you pay once a year, and your credits still arrive month by month. Annual costs less per chart.
Reward Points are earned through eligible activities on StatBox and can be used toward premium chart purchases. Pro Monthly members earn points at 1.5× the standard rate, while Pro Annual members earn at 2× the standard rate.
No. Pro subscriptions do not include report credits. Reports are purchased separately, with a 10% discount for Pro Monthly members and a 20% discount for Pro Annual members on every report in the Report Hub.
No. Your unused chart credits, Reward Points, vouchers and unlocked charts all carry over when you upgrade. Unused chart credits remain available, up to a maximum balance of 12 credits. You’ll also enjoy your new plan’s benefits, including higher Reward Points multipliers and report discounts.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your paid billing period. No refunds are issued for early cancellations or unused subscription time.
Charts purchased or unlocked through your account remain associated with your StatBox account according to the applicable access terms.
