Online shopping has become a regular part of life for many Vietnamese consumers, with a significant majority engaging in e-commerce frequently. Over of respondents shop online at least once a month, and nearly half do so weekly or more often. In contrast, only a small minority report rarely shopping online, with just saying they don’t shop online at all. This points to the increasing normalization of online shopping in Vietnam, no longer a novelty, but a recurring habit embedded in daily consumer behavior.
